Care Plans are monthly retainers designed to keep your existing site in great shape.
Because you already have the foundation, you invested in your brand and your website.
The last thing you want is for that investment to slowly go quiet.

Care Plans are for the ongoing, routine upkeep of your existing site. 

 

​​Monthly upkeep of your existing site, including:

  • Image and copy swaps within existing pages

  • Blog post and/or portfolio uploads 

  • Monthly visual check on desktop and mobile for anything broken or off

  • Basic SEO foundations check 
     

What's not covered:

  • New pages or landing pages

  • Site expansions 

  • Hosting, domain renewals, platform subscriptions, security monitoring, or backups

  • Technical development or custom coding

NEW TO
ROOP CREATIVE?

 

Care Plans are open to clients whose sites were not built by Roop Creative, with one additional step.

​

Before your plan begins, a one-time onboarding fee of $750.

 

This covers a 3-hour site review and back-end setup, so I fully understand how your site is built and can manage it confidently going forward.

 

This is an administrative onboarding process; it does not include a strategy report or written deliverable. Once onboarding is complete, your Care Plan begins on the same terms as all other clients.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • If a month requires more than your plan's hours, I'll always reach out before proceeding. You will never receive a surprise invoice.

  • All plans require a 3 or 6-month minimum commitment

  • Clients signing a 12-month term receive one month free; only valid with the purchase of 11-months. 

  • All plans require a signed Care Plan Agreement before work begins

  • Payment is due on the 1st of each month

  • Unused hours do not roll over
