With holiday parties all around us it's a good time to remind ourselves to celebrate our wins as entrepreneurs.
The size of the win doesn't matter as long as you appreciate it. I find when I appreciate my small wins my big wins find a way to happen. And a celebration doesn't mean a party. I know when I reach a goal I celebrate simply by giving myself some time to let it sink, reflect and share that joy with my cheerleaders. I also celebrate by doing something nice for myself - maybe that's a bath, an extra long yoga class or a nice glass of wine or maybe all three but small celebrations put you in a positive mindset and allow you to feel joy which is then reflected in your work.
