Phase 1: Discovery Call & Onboarding

We begin with a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call to understand your branding requirements and ensure a seamless partnership. This is our opportunity to get to know each other and make sure we are a perfect fit!

Upon agreement, essential paperwork, including a comprehensive contract, project timeline, and invoice, is sent digitally to get started. We'll guide you through our collaborative tools that will help streamline communications ensuring smooth project management.

Phase 2: Brand Interview Questionnaire

You'll engage with a thought-provoking Brand Interview Questionnaire, carefully curated to decode and articulate the distinctive attributes of your brand strategy. This comprehensive interview covers various aspects, including but not limited to:

  • Exploration of your mission and purpose

  • Identification and refinement of key brand messages

  • Understanding of your target demographics and dream customer profile

Phase 3: Brand Workshop & Strategy Development

Following the questionnaire, we set up an initial consultation (virtually over Zoom) to review and discuss aspects of the interview and develop a detailed strategic plan for your brand. We also conduct thorough research on your competitors and brand idols to better understand your industry and how to make you stand out. This research phase sets the direction for the design work to come and allows us to build on your brand personality. Our immersive 60-minute virtual Brand Workshop dives into your brand essence, uncovering your mission, values, target demographics, and competitive landscape.

Brand Development Process

Phase 4: Creative Concept Development

We present you with three logo concepts in black and white, focusing on design form rather than colour. Upon approval, we explore five colour palette options and refine the logo concept. We also develop secondary and icon logos, along with a font suite that complements your brand's personality.

Phase 5: Brand Style Guide & Final Deliverable

Final design elements are compiled into a comprehensive Brand Style Guide, detailing usage guidelines, colour codes, typography rules, and brand personality. We present the completed guide for review and approval, alongside the delivery of final design files and assets.

The Brand Style Guide serves as an invaluable resource, ensuring consistent communication and a cohesive look and feel across all interactions with your audience. This marks the end of our collaboration for your brand identity, with an option for a final consultation to review all deliverables and the style guide.
