At Roop, I always start with a 30-min complimentary consultation. It's so important for me to understand your needs and ensure I can meet them. From there I mend out details and begin the brand interview. Only after that do I meet with my clients in person or virtually (depending on what works for them) to create and curate their brand into existence. That meeting is what ignites me and keeps me going. There is joy in seeing someone's passion sparkle in their eyes over coffee. And nothing makes me feel better than knowing that they want me to be a part of this journey. It reminds me why I do this, and brings that same passion into my life.
