A weekly routine...

Do you have a routine? Every Friday I go to spin class. No matter what - I get my butt out there and it honestly helps in more than one way.


1. I wake up early and get active for an hour. 2. It keeps me healthy & strong. 3. It's an instant boost of energy! I feel happier - which in turn shows in my work. I wouldn't miss my Friday spin class for anything. Little wins like this are exactly why it's so important to work smarter not harder. This is the reason I signed up for this life, to be busy in all the right ways.
