When Alisha first approached me with the idea of Zardozi I knew she was on to something. Her sister and her decided to collaborate and utilize their strengths in Art Direction and Journalism to create a platform like no other.
A magazine catered to South Asian woman at all walks in life. From fashion, lifestyle, weddings to motherhood. The goal of Zardozi is to build a tribe of incredibly influential women that generations can follow.
This is going to be their legacy and I didn't take that lightly when designing a logo that would suit the personality of these two women.
Although this logo was designed years ago. It's one of my favourites and only today did I realize I've never posted about. It's a logo that means the world to me because Alisha is a long-time friend and watching her grow this idea into a platform has been amazing to watch.
