The first thing you're going to do is not change everything you're doing to match them. Instead, you're going to pull out a journal and write all the reasons your product/service is unique. Now FOCUS on this, and not your competition. Competition is very important - it means that there is a need for whatever you're providing but that said, it's important to do your market research and then create something that stands out and is unique to you. Trust me there are enough clients for everyone. Focus on what makes you different, and your brand message.
